Welcome!
We invite you to the world of innovative training and low cost software development.
Software industry faces severe crunch of competent professionals that has a direct impact on the delivery of services. The reason quoted is always the lack of industry-ready skills among the graduating engineers and few organizations including government agencies made efforts in improving the employable skills. Most of these efforts were futile with no marked improvement. This is owing to the reason that such trainings were never directed by industry professionals. When the itch is inside the boot, scratching outside provides little consolation. There is a need for dedicated efforts by industry expertise to bring about a tangible improvement in this direction.
Most of the developed states in India churn out thousands of software engineers every year. Several companies participate in campus interviews and select these engineers in great numbers. They are then put through a short term training (Boot Camp) before being deployed on billable projects. Their readiness is taken for granted but, in fact, they become non contributing resources on any project. As a result, there is a criticism that indian IT companies deploy incompetent resources on billable projects. Old lessons read with a new perspective can bring about new interpretations. Boot Camp training must equip a software engineer with project deployable skills transforming a learner into a professional.
Gasoline is affordable in OPEC countries, interest rates on loans are very low in Switzerland, pepper is cheaper in Kerala but cost of software development is high in India which is regarded as the single source of supply of software engineers to the world. It is high time indian industry enjoy the fruits of low cost software development and maintenance with the abundant inland resources.
